| Your flight contract |

We operate as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers of flights, as a ticket provider. This means that Your contract for the flight is between You and the supplier and the terms and conditions of the airline supplier will apply and be incorporated into Your contract with the supplier of the flight. These terms and conditions are available on the airline supplier’s website. Please ensure that you read through the terms and conditions with the supplier, as applicable, to ensure you are happy with those terms. As agent, We are not responsible to you in respect of your flights as the airline supplier shall be liable to you in respect of this in accordance with its terms and conditions. You are responsible for complying with an airline suppliers terms and conditions and you should therefore check these through carefully. |

You are responsible for ensuring that You provide all information required in order to complete Your booking correctly and accurately for You and all those people in Your party. The person who makes the booking, who must be aged 18 or over, accepts these conditions and the terms and conditions of the airline supplier, on behalf of all members of the party. Please note it is important to check carefully the written confirmation of your booking when you receive it, or, if booking late, that all the details are exactly as requested at the time of booking.

Our responsibility is to provide You with the tickets for the flight you have booked with the airline supplier as described in the website and as confirmed to You. If You wish to cancel Your booking You may have to pay cancellation charges as indicated in the terms and conditions of the airline supplier. You may be able to recover Your cancellation charges under Your insurance policy, depending on its terms. |

If You wish to change Your booking, then We will endeavour to do this for You. However, You may be liable to amendment fees applicable in order to arrange for the change in Your booking for You. These amendment fees are dependent on the fees of the airline supplier with whom You have booked Your flights. Your flights are subject to change at any time and will be governed by the airline supplier’s own terms and conditions. We will notify You of the applicable amendment fees at the time You request the change. If Your flight details change following Us sending confirmation to You of Your booking and Your tickets, We will be notified by Your chosen supplier and We will forward such notification to You as soon as practicable after we become aware of this. |

With parties of two or more people, the person who makes the booking accepts responsibility for making all payments to Us for all members of the party. We will send all documents and other information to that person who will, in turn, be responsible for ensuring that the other members of the party are kept fully informed. |

You are responsible for ensuring that You and Your party arrive at the applicable airport in good time before Your flight departure, as indicated by Your chosen airline supplier. We will not be responsible for any consequences of Your late arrival at the airport. |

You will also be responsible for ensuring that You and Your party have the necessary travel documentation in place, applicable to the country to which You and Your party are travelling to. We shall not be responsible for any costs, expenses or liability whatsoever in respect of Your failure to make the necessary arrangements for obtaining such documentation. |
| Prices |

All prices in the website are in pounds sterling per person. The prices mentioned on Our website are made available to Us and are subject to change without notice. We therefore reserve the right to raise or lower prices at any time before You book. If, at the time of booking Your flight, the price has changed from that shown in the website You will be advised of the new price applicable to Your booking before You confirm the flight reservation. |
| Payment |

You must pay the full price of Your flight at the time of making the booking. Payment may be made by credit or debit card (a surcharge may apply) acceptable by Us. We reserve the right to cancel Your flight booking if You fail to make payment at the time of booking. In this case, You would then owe Us the cancellation charges set out below. Please note We do not send payment reminders. |

E-tickets for scheduled flights will be emailed to You within 24 hours of full payment being accepted for the price of the flight. We shall not be responsible for Your e-ticket not arriving to You by email if You have provided an incorrect email address for delivery of the e-ticket, or for Your own technical settings which may prevent your e-ticket arriving by email. If You have not received Your e-ticket by email within the 24 hours after full payment has been accepted by Us for the price of the flight, then You must notify Us immediately. |
| Special Requests |

If You have a special request which does not form part of the flight as described in the website, please let Us know. We will always try to provide such requests but cannot guarantee to do so. Under no circumstances will such requests be accepted by Us to form part of Our obligations and there will be no liability on Our part if they are not met. |
| Flight Insurance |

It is a condition of booking that You take out or arrange an insurance policy, which provides You with at least the same amount of cover as the cost of the flight booked through Us. Please also ensure that You are fully protected against possible flight delays. We do not accept any liability if we are unable to arrange a booking with your chosen airline supplier. |
| 14. |
Any limitations of liability of Your chosen airline supplier will be set out in Your chosen airline supplier’s own terms and conditions. |
| 15. |
As We act as agents, although We make every effort to arrange Your flights with Your chosen airline supplier in line with this Booking Policy, We accept no liability in respect of Your flight booked with Your chosen airline supplier. We are not responsible for any illness, loss, damage, theft, injury, death, etc, suffered by You during Your flight. |

Nothing in this Booking Policy limits or excludes any liability We may have for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. |
